About the service
The Pleasure Consult is a complimentary, 10-minute, one-to-one consultation with Pleasure Chest Australia’s Resident Sexologist. It provides education and product recommendations only and is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. If you have health concerns, seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or over to book or attend a consult. The service is available to individuals located in Australia.
Booking, rescheduling & cancellations
- Booking: Complete the short questionnaire and select an available time.
- Rescheduling/ cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email.

What the consult includes
- A confidential, 10-minute discussion focused on your preferences, comfort level and goals (solo or partnered).
- Practical guidance on product categories and fit-for-you options.
- A follow-up email summarising recommendations with product links so you can shop in your own time.
Scope & limitations
- Recommendations are informational and based on the details you provide during the session.
- We do not diagnose, treat or prevent health conditions, and we do not prescribe or dispense medicines or regulated devices.
- Always follow manufacturer guidance and discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
Privacy & confidentiality
Information shared in your questionnaire and consult is confidential and handled per our Privacy Policy.
Recording, photography & publicity
Consultations are not recorded. Recording or screenshots are not permitted without written consent. We will not use your name or likeness for marketing without permission.
Products, pricing & purchases
Purchases made after the consult are separate and subject to our standard policies.
Conduct
We provide an inclusive, respectful space. Abuse or harassment may lead to session termination and barred bookings.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleasure Chest Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude Australian consumer rights.
Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service or these Terms at any time. The version effective at booking applies.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by NSW law. Disputes fall under NSW jurisdiction.
