This table was produced to help you make the correct delivery decision for you. Our opinion listed in the table is due to our personal experience with the listed providers. Please be advised we do not guarantee any delivery times as these companies are independent of Pleasure Chest. Any issues with delivery times should be directed to the company providing the service as we have no recourse on late orders.

All our same day delivery options need to be delivered to - 

1. A street address - No Parcel Locker or PO Box
2. You must be home for the delivery.
3. Photo ID required.
4. Signature on delivery
5. Valid mobile number for tracking and communication

Any service ordered out of operating hours will go next day. Please be aware that On Demand and Startrack do not operate on Public Holidays. Service will be provided the next relevant day.

Selecting any of these options is an agreement to these terms. Any additional charges incurred because of a missed delivery due to the fault of the recipient will need to be covered by the customer.

We now offer Uber Delivery 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week. 

This service is available within a 15km radius of our store. 

The next available service will be dispatched, please note, in some circumstances you will have to meet the driver. 

You must be home to take delivery for this service. 

We will not be responsible for orders left at the address. 

Please be advised for any missed deliveries you will need to pay a return delivery fee as we are charged for the return trip. Selecting Zoom2u as your shipping method means you agree to these terms. We will issue you an invoice for the return amount.

Uber drivers are private partners and in line with company policy they will need to hand over the order directly to the recipient and collect proof of delivery through the capturing of a photo of a successful hand-off. Zoom2u can only be used for street addresses, NOT parcel lockers as delivery will need to be face to face.

 

StarTrack Courier is a Next Available Car Courier Service 1-2 Hours

When selecting StarTrack Courier as your delivery option please be advised that you will need to be present at home to receive your order to take delivery. 

This service is generally delivered within 2 hours though it can take longer. StarTrack Courier is a professional courier service and services all Greater Sydney with tracking updates available. This service will cut off at 5pm.

Star Track Courier Standard 4 Hour service

When selecting StarTrack Courier as your delivery option please be advised that you will need to be present at home to receive your order to take delivery. 

This service is generally delivered within 4 hours though it can take longer. StarTrack Courier is a professional courier service and services all Greater Sydney with tracking updates available. This service will cut off at 3pm.

StarTrack courier will not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

If ordered after 5pm Monday to Friday the shipment will be dispatched on the next relevant shipping day, this does not include public holidays.

AusPost On Demand Tonight is a same day Courier Service. 

When selecting AusPost On Demand Tonight as your delivery option please be advised that you will need to be present at home to receive your order to take delivery. 

This service is delivered between 6pm and 9pm Monday To Friday excluding Public Holidays. AusPost On Demand Tonight is a professional courier service and services all Greater Sydney with tracking updates available. 

AusPost On Demand Tonight will not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

If ordered after 1:30pm Monday to Friday the shipment will be dispatched on the next relevant shipping day, this does not include public holidays.

Zoom2U is a Same Day Delivery Courier Service. When selecting Zoom2U as your delivery option please be advised that you will need to be present at home to receive your order during the window of time that you have specified. Zoom2U is a private courier service, and it works similar to those used within food or furniture deliveries.

Please be advised for any missed deliveries you will need to pay a return delivery fee as we are charged for the return trip. Selecting Zoom2U as your shipping method means you agree to these terms. We will issue you an invoice for the return amount.

Zoom2U is available 24/7 pending driver availability and offers 3 options for same day delivery to suit your schedule. With any Zoom2U order, the delivery window is a guide. Unfortunately, sometimes things outside of ours or Zoom2U's control may transpire, meaning that your order may arrive later than expected. Delays can also result from factors such as weather, traffic, car accidents, a surge in orders, or any other potential unavoidable circumstances.

If your order is running outside of this window and you are concerned, feel free to get in contact and we can check it out for you. However, delays may inevitably happen and neither us at Pleasure Chest nor Zoom2U can do anything to avoid this.
