Common QUESTIONS

Shipping

We will ship the order made until 1.30pm on the same business day. Orders made after 1.30pm or on weekends will be shipped next business day.

We use Australia Post Express service to ship your order.

All orders that are unable to be delivered to a person will be left at the nearest Post office unless otherwise stated. Please note that if you request to have the package drop shipped (Delivered to address with no one to receive the order) we are not able to take responsibility for missing orders if Australia Post deemed them delivered.

All orders are packed in a bubble wrap bag and then into an Express Post satchel or box depending on size of order. All orders are labelled as sender PCLP Pty Ltd with our PO Box Address. We always deliver discretely.

All deliveries to people within the Australia Post Express delivery areas will be overnight.

We will replace any lost order after we receive a conclusive investigation from Australia Post deeming it was missing while in their possession. This will usually only take a few days to complete. 

We will not be responsible for a missing order if you have requested it to be drop shipped.

Orders Over $500

Orders over $500 will be shipped registered post rather than express post and this will add additional time to shipping estimates. There is no extra cost for this service.

Ordering

We accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Zip Pay, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or you can redeem a gift voucher.

Please select the items you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout where you will enter your gift voucher number. If there is a further balance to settle, please finalise this payment by credit card.

Place the order and select the direct deposit as the payment method. Please advise us by email when the payment has been made. Remember to provide us with the receipt and order number. You can email us at info@pleasurecChest.com.au.

When making the transfer please add your name and order number to the payment advice so that we know who the payment is from.

Unfortunately because of the nature of the product once we have shipped the items we are unable to swap any product for change of mind purchases. We try and give as much detail so you can make the right choice the first time.

Here at Pleasure Chest we always check battery operated toys to ensure we do not send faulty products but if you receive something that is not working or broken please email shop@PleasureChest.com.au or call 1800 468 086 to organise a replacement.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We use Shopify for all of our credit card transactions which are encrypted insuring all sensitive details are safe and secure.

Only Pleasure Chest staff will have access to your email address.

We send your Invoice via email. You will receive a notification when the items are shipped and a follow up email to confirm everything was ok.

If you are on our newsletter list you can expect to receive an email every 2 weeks to inform of the newest specials and latest products. The newsletter will have many exclusive offers which will not be available to general shoppers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time.

All billing will be made in the name of Pleasure Chest. Please take note of this when checking credit card statements.

signing up

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account on our Rewards page and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive 1 reward points for every $1 they spend with us, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Simply login on the rewards page.

If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page.

As this is a new program, we have backdated points from the 1st of January 2024.

Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero.

EARNING & REDEEMING

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit our rewards page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

If you've logged in before checking out, there will also be a dropdown menu in the checkout area if you have enough points to redeem.

150 points = $15

Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 150 points always = $15 redeemable dollars.

Once you hit 150, 300 or 600 points, you can redeem at checkout.

Currently not at this time, you will not be able to earn or apply rewards points toward purchases in-store. We are working to link our stores with our online site in the future.

To redeem your points in checkout, use the drop down menu directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

returns

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.
