| How long will it take to ship my order? |
| We will ship the order made until 4pm on the same business day. Orders made after 4pm or on weekends will be shipped next business day. |
| Who is my order shipped with? |
| We use Australia Post Express service to ship your order. |
| What if no one is available to collect the order? |
| All orders that are unable to be delivered to a person will be left at the nearest

| Can you tell who the package is from or know what is inside? |
| All orders are packed in a bubble wrap bag and then into an Express Post satchel or box depending on size of order. All orders are labelled as sender Shytot Online with our PO Box Address. We always deliver discretely. |
| How long will delivery take? |
| All deliveries to people within the Australia Post Express delivery areas will be overnight. More information can be found on page 18 at http://www.auspost.com.au/pdfs/parcelPostGuide.pdf. |
| Will I be covered for a lost order? |
We will replace any lost order after we receive a conclusive investigation from Australia Post deeming it was missing while in their possession. This will usually only take a few days to complete. |
| Orders Over $500 |
| Orders over $500 will be shipped registered post rather than express post and this will add additional time to shipping estimates. There is no extra cost for this service. |
| How do I pay online with a gift voucher? |
| Please select the items you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout where you will enter your gift voucher number. If there is a further balance to settle, please finalise this payment by credit card. |
| Is it safe to use my Credit Card with Pleasure Chest Online? |
| We use Eway for all of our credit card transactions which are encrypted insuring all sensitive details are safe and secure. |
| What if I don?t like what I ordered? |
| Unfortunately because of the nature of the product once we have shipped the items we are unable to swap any product for change of mind purchases. We try and give as much detail so you can make the right choice the first time. |
| What if I receive a faulty or broken product? |
| Here at Pleasure Chest we always check battery operated toys to ensure we do not send faulty products but if you receive something that is not working or broken please email shop@PleasureChest.com.au or call 1800 468 086 to organise a replacement. |
| Who will see my email address? |
| Only Pleasure Chest staff will have access to your email address. |
| What emails will I receive? |
| We send your Invoice via email. You will receive a notification when the items are shipped and a follow up email to confirm everything was ok. If you are on our newsletter list you can expect to receive an email every 2 weeks to inform of the newest specials and latest products. The newsletter will have many exclusive offers which will not be available to general shoppers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. |
| What Payment Methods do you accept? |
| We accept money order, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or you can redeem a gift voucher. |
| What is the process for a direct deposit order? |
Place the order and select the direct deposit as the payment method. Please advise us by email when the payment has been made. Remember to provide us with the receipt and order number. You can email us at shop@PleasureChest.com.au . |
| What is the process for a Money Order? |
| Place the order and select the Money Order as the payment method. Please include all of your contact details with the money order and supply the order number. Please ship the money order to Suite 157 2 Endeavour House Captain Cook Crescent Manuka ACT 2603. |
| What will I see on my credit card statement? |
| All billing will be made in the name of Shytot Online. Please take note of this when checking credit card statements. |
